I'm a Transformative Leadership Architect & Consultant, award-winning coach, bestselling author of Building in Excellence, and founder of ILE Academy, an organisation committed to training and equipping faith-based leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs to build legacy-driven brands through integrity, excellence, and a pastoral approach.

 

With over a decade of experience in mentoring, public speaking, and ministry, I’ve had the privilege of coaching leaders across the globe, helping them gain clarity, lead with confidence, and thrive in both ministry and the marketplace without compromise.

 

Currently pursuing a doctorate in ministry, my research explores church leadership and (spiritual) abuse, with a vision to build healthier and more transformative leadership frameworks for future generations.
