As the author of the Amazon bestseller Building in Excellence, Marthina is also a sought-after public speaker with a passion for inspiring others.

Currently pursuing a doctorate in ministry, Marthina's research focuses on redefining training and development within pastoral ministry, with the goal of reducing abuse through better leadership frameworks. With over a decade of experience and a global track record of impact, she specialises in equipping individuals with the tools to discover their identity and fulfil their life purpose with confidence and excellence.
